How do you eat an elephant?
One bite at a time!
I know that turning your garden into a full-blown mini food farm might seem quite daunting, but the key is to start small. Even if you don’t have a garden, all you need is a windowsill and a pot and you can start growing all your own herbs. Parsley, coriander, mint, basil, thyme, rosemary – keep it simple in the beginning just to get your green fingers into the groove of things. I promise that once you start you’ll fall in love with it – not to mention that you’ll be able to use all your own fresh herbs in your cooking and trust me, it makes the world of difference and before you know you’ll have a little bit of lettuce and tomato growing! Small steps!
PS. I do not support or recommend that anyone should try and eat an elephant! 🙂
Happy Growing!
